We came to this work through experience first. Between us, we’ve worked across boardrooms, corporate communications, organisational change, and industry transformation.Our experience spans Fortune 100 organisations, household-name brands, and teams at every level. Across all of them, we've seen the same truth: successful change depends as much on what happens within people as what happens around them.Over time, we became convinced that organisations were investing heavily in the external mechanics of change while overlooking the internal human capabilities that determine whether change succeeds.We know how demanding change can feel when you are living it from the inside.
